When they asked Advance Strategy to update their offices, we wanted to honor the neighborhood’s deeply artistic history and inspire the new occupants.
Our team’s design is imbued with the spirit of musicians, artists, writers, poets, and filmmakers who defied mainstream norms to perform in nightclubs and theatres or work in studios on the building’s site.
Different “neighborhoods” celebrate music, graphic art, and stage. Interactive pieces encourage engagement, playful graphics trigger a shift of perspective, and quirky motivational messages remind people to embrace the peculiar.
The resulting space is spiritually consistent with its cultural surroundings and urges continuous innovation in the workers who spend their time there.
